Un morceau de ciel

In front of the photograph of a butterfly, itself part of a series of nature pictures in an exhibition at the Jardin des Plantes in Paris, we photographed passers-by and asked them how they personally related to the butterfly. The statements of those people from very different cultures inspired us to develop this work through our Iran project.
